WORKERS’ COMPENSATION: MAN SUFFERS INJURIES AFTER FALL FROM ROOF

Following OSHA’s investigation, the company has been accused of failing to train employees about safety precautions and procedures while completing a job at any dangerous height. The fine has been issued, and the company must respond within 15 days. The company can either pay the fine, request a conference with an OSHA director or contest the investigation findings.
