Unfortunately, many skateboarding accidents occur on the road because of driver recklessness. For example, some drivers get behind the wheel while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and drivers also endanger the lives of skateboarders by speeding or using their phone behind the wheel. When this careless behavior results in an accident, drivers responsible for injuries need to answer for their actions. Sadly, many skateboarders will sustain serious injuries and pass away in the coming months and years due to negligent drivers.
