Wesley was born and raised in Peoria, IL and is proud to be serving the community he grew up in.

He graduated from Dunlap High School in 2012, received his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago in 2016, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2024.
